In an effort to better serve our clients, the Almonte Civitan Club has recently upgraded our voice-mail system. The fact that our hall is not always open and that often there is no one there to answer incoming clients phone calls, has left us no choice but to have voice-mail. To better serve our clients and the public, we have upgraded to a “multiple mail box” solution. This ensures that your message is getting to the right person, in a timely fashion.
Now, when you call the hall and get the voice-mail you will be offered 5 options. Its simple and easy to use.
0 – is the GENERAL mail box
1 – is for HALL BOOKING AND INFORMATION
2 – is for MEDICAL LOAN CUPBOARD
3 – is for TENT RENTALS
4 – is for a list of UPCOMING CIVITAN EVENTS
and…. if you stay on the line, you will automatically go to our General Mail Box.
Simply press the number of the appropriate mail box and wait for the beep. Its THAT simple.
And, from our aspect, its convenient. This new system not only records your message, but it emails a copy of your message directly to the appropriate person who often will call you back almost immediately.
